§1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy applies to individuals who use the Website located at the URL: https://www.beachclubojodeagua.com/ and comes into effect on August 1, 2025.   1. We process data for the following purposes:
    1. performance of a contract or adoption of measures at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    2. processing requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    3. processing complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    4. maintaining records and fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
    5. sending the newsletter (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
    6. monitoring and improving the quality of the service provided: asking you to fill out a survey or answer some questions about the quality of the service provided (Article 6, 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    7. displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  2. The provision of data is voluntary, although necessary to use the services. If consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking on the checkbox containing the conditions of the consent given.
